we opened our new crossfit facility on saturday and had a fundraiser workout called fight gone bad. turn out was great, raised $1300, and got the studio started off. at the end of the day some trainers and close clients did the workout to finish up the day. i posted good numbers, 353 total reps. yesterday setting up the rest of the studio however i tweaked my neck carrying kettlebells, so i am resting today and will do light stuff tomorrow.
