thank you weather

the forecast is cold and rainy all day so that sounds like the perfect reason for me to rest, stretch and do trigger point. i feel a little run down anyway so i'm going to focus on recovery and health today and pick up again tomorrow.

  1. okay my pico recipe is pretty much by taste so I can't give you much about quantity but since I recently made some, Ill give you something to work with lol....

    depending on if you like onion or not
    1/2 onion (red or yellow) chopped
    6 roma tomatos (might need to add more to make it less oniony)
    1 serrano pepper (you can use a jalapeno pepper too)... i don't seed them
    1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
    cilantro (ummmm i just put a lot lol)
    2 juiced limes (i love it limey)
    Black pepper and chili powder to taste

    to make it even better cut up chunks of guacamole and its awesome! Hope this helps a little
