saturday

rowed on Saturday after some upper body work. did some interval rowing , i needed it in order to push myself that little bit harder. it was rough but i was able to post good times. my form is getting a lot better and more efficient.

4 rounds of:
10 ring dips
10 pull-ups
10 sit-ups
10 push-press(95#)

1000m row (3:45)
2x500m row (1:44.6, 1:44.6)
4x250m row (45.2, 47.2, 47.8, 46.1)
1000m row cool down (4:13)
